Welcome to Bunnings Trade. Not a trade customer? Go to bunnings.com.au
Looking for a way to turn your everyday business spending into rewards? Introducing PowerPass Pro Rewards, the new loyalty program from Bunnings designed to make every eligible dollar you spend work harder for your business.
We’ve launched a dynamic spend-and-earn model where your eligible spend is directly rewarded with Pro Rewards Dollars, exclusive tiered benefit, valuable perks and offers.
Dive in as we break down how this rewards-first approach helps you unlock more value every time you shop, and find out how you can start earning today.
A: Earn $100 Pro Rewards Dollars when you reach $2,000 eligible spend each year, then $50 Pro Rewards Dollars for every $1,000 on eligible purchases thereafter.**
A: The program features six membership tiers based on your annual spend:
All qualifying spend counts towards moving your tier status up (this will happen automatically when your annual eligible spend reaches the tier spend threshold), unlocking new benefits. Your yearly spend will reset annually on the anniversary of your joining date.
A: When you’re ready to redeem your points, head to an in-store register and let the team member know you’d like to pay with Pro Rewards Dollars. Your card will be scanned, and you can use your Pro Rewards Dollars and make up the difference (if there is one). Your Pro Rewards Dollars balance will automatically update following the transaction.
A: There are a range of benefits and offers you can take advantage of by using the new loyalty program, including:
Most importantly, card holders can access the Shell Card Lite fuel discount via the Powerpass App, which can save you money at the bowser. Plus, all qualifying spend linked to your account earns the Primary Account Owner progress to the next tier.
Business & Trade, Owner Builder and Apprentice accounts are eligible to become PowerPass Pro Rewards members. Benefits vary across the accounts, like the fuel discount, for example.
Tip: Not a PowerPass member but want to reap the rewards? Jump onboard now.
A: There are a few exclusions you should know about. However, even if an item doesn’t earn Pro Rewards Dollars, many still count towards your Membership Tier progress.
For example, if you spend big on deliveries or Frame and Truss, those purchases won’t earn Pro Rewards Dollars. However, they will still contribute to your total spend for tier progress (meaning: you’ll continue moving towards higher tiers and unlocking greater fuel discounts and milestone rewards).
Tip: For a full list of exclusions our everything you need to know about PowerPass Pro Rewards has you covered.
What is PowerPass Pro Rewards?
PowerPass Pro Rewards is a new loyalty program for commercial customers. Designed from customer feedback, it replaces the varying discount with a simple spend-and-earn model that rewards members with Pro Reward Dollars and provides members with tiered benefits that grow with your annual eligible spend. Plus, Pro Rewards members can still access the digital tools, PowerPass App, credit offers and benefits that PowerPass members have always loved.
Why aren’t all business customers being converted over to PowerPass Pro Rewards at this stage?
Customers who aren’t yet eligible for the new offer will continue accessing PowerPass as they do today. This approach allows us to introduce changes carefully and make sure any future updates reflect the needs of different customer types. Customers will be contacted directly if anything changes for them.
