Can I find Bunnings Marketplace products in my local Bunnings store or via click and collect?
Bunnings Marketplace products are sold online and delivered directly to customers by the third-party Trusted Sellers that we have partnered with. This means you won’t be able to find Bunnings Marketplace products stocked in your local Bunnings store or available for Click and Collect services.
Can I use my PowerPass credit or 30 day account to purchase Bunnings Marketplace products?
No, Bunnings Marketplace products are currently unavailable for purchase on PowerPass credit or PowerPass 30 day accounts. Cash payment methods (credit card, PayPal, ZipPay or Gift Cards) are available for purchasing Bunnings Marketplace products.
Do I get PowerPass pricing on Marketplace products?
PowerPass pricing is not available for Bunnings Marketplace products.
How do I get a quote for bulk purchase of Bunnings Marketplace products?
While you can purchase multiple quantities of a Bunnings Marketplace item, bulk quoting is not currently supported for these products. Please use the Quote Request form to submit a bulk purchase enquiry.
How can I get a copy of my invoice?
You will receive a copy of your Marketplace invoice via email once your order has been shipped. You will also be able to access your invoice via your Account Dashboard (Order History), once the order has been shipped.
How can I track my order or contact the seller?
Once the Trusted Seller has shipped your order, you may receive a tracking link within your dispatch confirmation email. Some of our Trusted Sellers use logistics services that don’t offer tracking so you may need to contact the seller directly for more information. Your order confirmation email will contain a ‘Contact Seller’ link that will put you in contact with the Trusted Seller fulfilling your order.
I have a problem, damage or fault with my purchase, how do I return it?
If you have an issue or query regarding your product, please contact the seller via clicking on the Contact Seller link in your order confirmation email or via the Order History page when you log into your Bunnings account. If you can’t resolve the issue with the seller directly, please contact the Bunnings customer support team.
What do I do if I've received something that doesn't match the Bunnings Marketplace item listing?
If you haven’t received the correct item or the item you have received is different to the item listed, please contact the seller via clicking on the Contact Seller link in your order confirmation email or via the Order History page when you log into your Bunnings account. If you can’t resolve the issue with the seller directly, please contact the Bunnings customer support team.
Can I have a refund if I change my mind?
Our Trusted Sellers have their own individual returns and refunds policies, which are available on each product page. Please review the sellers returns and refund policy for more information. Refunds will be processed, by the Trusted Seller, back onto the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, unfortunately our Trusted Sellers cannot accept change of mind returns on Bedding and Manchester products that have been opened.
I'm having a problem with my order and not getting any help from the Trusted Seller
If you have tried contacting the Trusted Seller about a problem with your order and haven’t been able to resolve an issue, the Bunnings customer support team (customersupport@bunnings.com.au) will be happy to assist.
Does the Bunnings price guarantee apply to Bunnings Marketplace products?
As Bunnings Marketplace products are sold and delivered by third-party Trusted Sellers, the Bunnings price guarantee and lowest prices policy does not apply to products sold on Bunnings Marketplace.
Can I get express delivery on Bunnings Marketplace products?
Express delivery isn’t yet available for Bunnings Marketplace products, as they’re shipped directly from our Trusted Sellers. Delivery times may vary depending on the seller’s location and dispatch speed.
Do Bunnings Marketplace products have warranties?
Yes. All Marketplace products are covered by Australian Consumer Law guarantees, ensuring they meet basic quality and performance standards. Some items may also include additional warranties, which are listed in the Warranty and Returns section on the product page. Each seller may have their own policy, but all listings are reviewed to meet ACCC standards.
Why am I receiving multiple parcels?
You may receive multiple parcels if you are ordering different Bunnings Marketplace items from different Trusted Sellers. This is because Bunnings Marketplace products are sold and delivered by third-party Trusted Sellers and these products may be dispatched from anywhere in Australia.
Can I see my Bunnings Marketplace purchases in my PowerPass portal?
Yes, you can see your Bunnings Marketplace purchases via the Order History page.
Do Bunnings Marketplace products count towards my rebate
No. Since PowerPass cards can’t be used to purchase Bunnings Marketplace products, these purchases don’t count towards your rebate.
