The service

Click & Deliver is offered to customers in most locations, this includes stocked key items. Depending on the location, size, and service requested a reasonable delivery fee will be applied to the customer’s order. 

Organising delivery in-store

In-store: If you're interested in getting your supplies delivered, contact our Trade team at your local warehouse or Trade Centre to discuss your project needs, or our Customer Service Centre on 133 062.

Delivery to your door

We can deliver products purchased online or in-store to you. Alternatively you can rent a ute or van, or borrow a trailer to get your products home yourself.

How long will my delivery take?

Please note that due to a high volume of online orders in some locations, there may be a delay in fulfilling your orders. Our team are working hard to prepare your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes for your local store will be updated regularly and clearly displayed when adding products to your cart.

In most cases, delivery for products purchased online will take 2–5 days, but for some products, such as Special Orders items, it may take 7–14 days.

Can I return a delivered product?

Yes, you can return an item to your local Bunnings if you have received a damaged/faulty product, or if you have changed your mind.

For products ranged in-store, expect delivery within 2-5 days. For Special Order items which are sent directly from our suppliers, expect delivery within 7-14 working days. For products purchased directly from third party Trusted Sellers, delivery options are listed on each product's product page.

Delivery costs are calculated at the time of checkout. They vary based on the type of service or size of the vehicle required to deliver the product, whether the seller is Bunnings or a third party Trusted Seller, as well as where it's being delivered.

Some products we stock aren't available for purchase online and need to be purchased in-store. If you need help to get a product home or to site, just ask a Team Member at your local store who can help organise delivery. In many of our stores we also offer trailers or vehicle hire to help you get big and bulky items home. We'll continue to listen to customers to ensure we are offering the best experience possible and our online products and services are of real value.
We and the third party Trusted Sellers who offer products on our website use a range of different freight and transport providers depending on the type of product and where it's being delivered.
Our online range gives customers access to products that were previously only available to order in-store. For some products, such as custom-made products or products with specific delivery requirements that need to be confirmed with you, please contact the team at the Special Orders Desk at your local Bunnings who can order these items for you.

On the cart page, select 'Remove' beneath the quantity and the item will be taken out of your cart.
If you won't be home, you can give the transport provider authority to leave the delivery. The provider will then supply a proof of delivery note, including a photo of the item and its placement. Metro deliveries only.

Currently, only products at warehouses in Victoria (excluding Brunswick and Werribee), New South Wales (excluding Carlingford, Gordon, Valley Heights and Warringah Mall), Western Australia (excluding East Victoria Park, Kalamunda), Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and ACT are available for next day Click & Collect.

These products will have the Click & Collect icon visible on the website.

We and the Trusted Sellers who offer products on our website can only deliver to Australian addresses.
Yes, you can order products from overseas on bunnings.com.au but items can only be delivered to Australian addresses.

Yes, select 'Delivery' at the time of purchase and your item will be delivered to you. There are, however, some products that can't be delivered. To check if a product can be delivered to your area, enter your postcode on the product page for delivery details.

Where you have purchased your product directly from a third party Trusted Seller, that Trusted seller may need to accept your order cancellation.
