How to sign in

Before you sign in:

You must have an active PowerPass account.

If you signed up before 13th July 2026 and have not converted to Pro Rewards, your account or card must be registered for online access.

Step 1.

Select the account icon in the website header followed by the red sign in button.

Step 2.

On the sign-in screen, enter your sign-in details.

Pro Rewards members or new Classic members: enter your email address and password.

Classic members: enter your existing PowerPass username and password.

Please note: Your PowerPass Username is often different to your email address. Your customised username was created when registering your account.

Having issues signing in?

• Your account must be registered for online access, visit how to set up online access.

• Forgot your username? Select the Forgot username link to recover your account.

• Your account will be locked for 15 minutes following 5 unsuccessful sign in attempts.

• Forgot your password? Select the forgot password link under “Having issues?
