There is no change to how you log in. To log in, you use your existing username and password. Please note you must have a PowerPass account and be registered for online access.

If you don’t remember your username or password, you can reset them:

  1. Go to the log-in page and follow the prompts
  2. You will be asked a security question that you will have previously set
  3. Once this is answered correctly, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password or recover your username
Note: You may be required to set a new security question to help protect your account. If so, you can do this by contacting the PowerPass Support Hotline on 1800 980 050.
To view your account balance, simply log in to the trade website via the account icon in the header. Once you’re logged in you can click or tap the account icon again to view your account dashboard, where’ll find your account balance and a lot more.
Before you can log in to the website, you’ll need to register your account for online access. Click here to do it.
Once an order is placed, you’ll receive updates via email (plus SMS if you select this method at checkout). You can also view the status of your orders on your Account dashboard.
If you were not logged in when you created the order, you are ordering as a ‘guest’ so you won’t be able to see your order. To make sure orders appear in your account, please log in before placing them.
To view your in-store transaction history, you’ll need to log in to the PowerPass portal. You can also get there by clicking the link on your Account Dashboard.
To view your statements, you’ll need to log in to the PowerPass portal. You’ll also be sent one monthly via email. Please note that PowerPass Cash customers do not have access to monthly statements.
Whether to help you plan out a job or to just save products for later, the trade website allows you to save products to a Job List. Adding a product to a Job List is as easy as clicking the ‘Add to Job List’ icon on any product. You can save multiple Job Lists.

Now that you can buy products online, the ‘Add to Cart’ button has replaced the ‘Add to Enquiry’ button on product pages. To create an enquiry, you’ll first have to add products to your Job List. Once that is done, you can convert the Job List to an enquiry.

Simply:

  • add items to a Job List (click the Add to Job List icon on the product page)
  • then select ‘Add to Enquiry’, which allows you to place your order as an enquiry so a team member can come back to you.
Currently any Job Lists created on the website cannot be viewed on the PowerPass app, and vice versa.
You need to be logged in to the trade website to see the product range and your unique PowerPass pricing.
We always show the lowest price available. In some instances, this may be the retail price.

You will be able to shop the same online range as our retail website. This means all products currently available to Click and Collect or Click and Deliver on the retail website will be able to be accessed via the new trade website with your PowerPass pricing applied, then easily added to cart for checkout.

As with our retail website, this excludes dangerous goods and some timber products such as structural pine. Some of these products will be visible on the site, however you will need to make an enquiry or visit a store to purchase them.

You must sign the back of your card and bring photo ID into a Bunnings store or Trade Centre to get your card activated (it cannot be done over the phone or on-line). The photo ID must match the name on the card and the signature on the back otherwise the card cannot be activated. You will be required to set up your 4 digit Pin in-store as well.

Note: Cash cards do not require activation.

To report a lost or stolen card, please visit the PowerPass portal and follow the prompts or call the PowerPass Support Hotline on 1800 980 050.
You can reset your PIN via the PowerPass portal. Simply log in and follow the prompts.
