Event purchases
We can transact purchases at the registers using our COS (Customer Order System). Customers will be able to place an order with the dedicated COS team to access the one-day only Expo deals. These orders will then be transferred to the fulfilling Warehouse/Trade Centre of the customer’s choice.
The relevant Trade Specialists will then contact the customer, order any special-order items, take any outstanding payments and arrange the pickup/delivery.

Is there parking available? If so, how much will it cost?
GCCEC has free parking available in the B2 carpark which is accessible off the Gold Coast Highway.
What is the carpark height clearance?
The B2 carpark has a clearance height of 2.1 metres.
Does the carpark have electric vehicle charging facilities?
There are 2 electric vehicle chargers located within the GCCEC carpark.
Will the venue be disability accessible?
The GCCEC offers entry to and movement throughout the Centre via wheelchair and mobility equipment. Visitors can access the main entrance via the driveway and pedestrian access ramp off TE Peters Drive on the south side of the building or the pedestrian access ramp from the Gold Coast Highway on the eastern side. The main entrance is covered and has no guttering or steps. Accessible bathroom facilities are available. The doors measure 820mm when open. All accessible bathroom facilities include a baby change table.

How do I get to the venue?
By Train/Light Rail?
For the most convenient route to the centre from Brisbane, catch the G:link at the Helensvale Train station. The G:link light rail system connects Helensvale Train
Station to Broadbeach with 19 stops through Surfers Paradise and Southport.
The closest stop is Broadbeach North Station, located just across the road from the main entrance on Gold Coast Highway.
By Bus
Bus Route 700 operates frequently from the bus stop outside GCCEC on Gold Coast Highway. There are other bus stops located in the nearby area.
