Event purchases

We can transact purchases at the registers using our COS (Customer Order System). Customers will be able to place an order with the dedicated COS team to access the one-day only Expo deals. These orders will then be transferred to the fulfilling Warehouse/Trade Centre of the customer’s choice.

The relevant Trade Specialists will then contact the customer, order any special-order items, take any outstanding payments and arrange the pickup/delivery.

Frequently asked questions

You don't need to be a PowerPass member to attend the Bunnings Trade Expo – all customers are welcome! Please note that PowerPass members will have access to exclusive zones at the event. You can also sign up on the day to become a PowerPass member and enjoy these benefits.
The Trade Expo is open to everyone. We recommend pre-registering for the expo to save time on arrival.
Unfortunately, as the Trade Expos are held outside of Bunnings stores, pets are not permitted.
Yes, you can use the same email to register multiple times. On the day of the event, just make sure you have the QR code for each person attending.
The expo is a cashless event. All purchases must be made using a credit or EFTPOS card at the point-of-sale desk.
If you need to register a group of 5 or more adults, please email bunnings@fcmtravel.com.au and the team will be happy to assist.
Our supplier list is being finalised for each Trade Expo, we can assure you each supplier will have some great product and information on display as well as some great deals for you. The full supplier list will be provided in the reminder email to be sent you approximately three weeks prior to the event.
Near the exit of the expo, there is a Load and Go area where you can leave your purchases. Please ensure your items are labelled before leaving them
A variety of food and drinks will be available for you to enjoy during the expo. You’ll receive a meal and drink token attached to your name badge.
