Event purchases
We can transact purchases at the registers using our COS (Customer Order System). Customers will be able to place an order with the dedicated COS team to access the one-day only Expo deals. These orders will then be transferred to the fulfilling Warehouse/Trade Centre of the customer’s choice.
The relevant Trade Specialists will then contact the customer, order any special-order items, take any outstanding payments and arrange the pickup/delivery.

Frequently asked questions
General
Is there parking available? If so, how much will it cost?
Exhibition Park has free parking available which you can access via Flemington Road. Please follow the directions of car parking attendants. A shuttle service from the further car parks to the venue will be available for your convenience.
What is the carpark height clearance?
As the Exhibition Park carpark is open-air there are no height restrictions.
Does the carpark have electric vehicle charging facilities?
There are no electric vehicle charging facilities at Exhibition Park.
Will the venue be disability accessible?
Exhibition Park has multiple accessible car parking spaces across the precinct and in close proximity to all major buildings.
All buildings are accessibility-friendly with accessible facilities.
How do I get to the venue?
By Light Rail?
For entry to Exhibition Park from the EPIC & Racecourse Light rail stop on Flemington Road Walk towards Northbourne Avenue and cross with the traffic lights at Gate 2.
By Bus?
There are a number of public bus routes that service Exhibition Park.
Can you smoke at the venue?
Smoking (including vapes and e-cigarettes) is prohibited in all enclosed buildings throughout Exhibition Park and at outdoor eating and drinking areas.
