Wheels and Motion Shipping Policy

Please make sure you provide us with an accurate delivery address, email address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment. Note, we have worked hard to streamline our processes so you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once you have placed your order, these processes mean that changes to the product ordered, order cancellation or changes to delivery addresses are not always possible. Please double check ALL your information is correct at the time of ordering, including your choice of product; if you need to alter this, and IF we can make your requested change after the order is placed, you will incur a processing fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We dispatch orders within 2-3 working days from receiving your order (example – order placed on a Monday will appear in the Tuesday order batch and be despatched by Thursday). All orders are dispatched from Metro Melbourne postcode 3194. Please note public holidays, and large sales events such as ‘Black Friday’, ‘Easter’, ‘Stocktake sale’ or ‘Boxing Day sale’ can add time delays to delivery timelines with Aus Post due to the volume of orders placed. We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition, your order will be sent through Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers. All consignments are trackable, via the link on sms. We ask that you PLEASE check the Australia Post website for delivery times from Metro Melbourne to your postcode. Once products leave our warehouse the delivery carrier becomes responsible for any delivery updates.

Order changes or cancellation

Once you have placed your order, automated processes mean that changes to the product ordered, order cancellation or changes to delivery addresses are unlikely. We will always help if we can, however we aim to streamline all our processes so you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please double check all your information is correct at the time of ordering, including delivery address, phone number, and correct product and colour ordered. We take no responsibility if you are unable to complete this detail accurately.

If we are able to cancel you order without incurring any costs to ourselves, your refund will be processed back on the original payment method within 10 business days, and note.

Change of Mind Returns

Consumers are not entitled to a refund under the ACCC consumer guarantees if they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, the product did not fit, they found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it. This is highly applicable to HELMET purchases so PLEASE ensure you measure your child's head as per instruction and choose the correct size.

All claims for a refund for a change of mind return must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order, and are at the sole discretion of Wheels and Motion. You are required to email orders@wheelsandmotion.com.au quoting your Invoice number and the items you wish to return. You will be advised via return email the address for the item to be sent.

Return items will be sent at your own cost, Wheels and Motion will not cover the return postage or freight for change of mind purchases. Note, original shipping rates will not be refundable, only the product cost. Furthermore, if your order has been dispatched, delivery attempt has failed as you were not home to take delivery and the order is now awaiting collection at a local post office - if you then instruct "Return to sender" - this will also be regarded as a change of mind return and the return postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

The goods must be sent back to the nominated address and be in their brand new, undamaged condition, and in undamaged packing, to allow to be resold. It is your responsibility to ensure the item/s are packed securely in an outer box to avoid possible damage from shipping. If these criteria are not met, you may forfeit your refund.

To ensure your returns does not get lost, please include tracking for this parcel as we are not responsible for lost returns. We recommend sending us your tracking number so we can record it on your file. We will not issue a store credit or refund for items that have not been received by our warehouse.

Your refund will be processed back on the original payment method within 10 business days, and note - PayPal and Afterpay merchant fees are non-refundable in the event of a refund.

If the item arrived damaged or missing parts

All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace the damaged or missing parts to you.

Should we require the goods returned, we will offer a return solution. All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.

Please take photographs of any damage and send them to us before sending the item back. We will assess the parts required from the photographs supplied.

Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law to refund or replace for a major problem with a product. All of our products are fully backed by manufacturer warranty, and we will either repair or replace the product for you, or if stocks are exhausted, offer a similar product as a replacement.
