Wagnum Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within contiguous Australia.

The usual time for order delivery is divided as follows:

Processing time: All orders are usually sent to Australia Post within one business day after the order is placed and payment is received.

Standard Post takes 3 to 5 days.
Australia Post Express Parcel takes 1 to 3 days.

Changes Request

As most of our orders are processed within the same day, we may not be able to cancel or correct shipping information once your order has been placed. We ask our customers to double-check the details of their parcels, as we can not be held responsible for incorrect information.

Please check if you have selected your item's correct size and colour to avoid disappointment.

Returned parcels due to incorrect information will be charged for the new shipping.

Wagnum Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

We offer 30 days return policy for unopened and unused products due to change of mind. Your returned item must be in a new, unopened, in original plastic condition and in original packaging. Opened items cannot be returned. As soon as we receive the item, it will be verified by our team, and if approved, we will issue a refund.

Unless proven faulty, items such as pillows cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and security reasons. Please, read the item description carefully before placing your order.

The shipping costs will be your responsibility, and if the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will refund the value to you according to your postage receipt.

We are not responsible for returned items lost on the way to us.

All refunds will be made according to your original payment method and may take between 3-5 business days. If you are not sure that a refund was made, please, check your spam box or contact us for more information.
