We know how important it is for deliveries to turn up on time. That's why we offer a wide range of delivery and fulfilment options for jobs of any size. From crane trucks to utes and trucks, we make sure you get what you need, when you need it.

Alternatively you can rent a ute or van, or borrow a trailer to get your products home yourself.

Contact your local Trade team or Account Manager at your local warehouse or Trade Centre to discuss the best delivery options for your job requirements.

Delivery lead times

In most cases, online orders are delivered within 2–5 business days to metro and regional areas. However, some products, such as Special Orders, may take a little longer, with delivery times of 7–14 days.

To meet these timeframes, your items may be sourced from another/multiple locations and could arrive in more than one delivery. You can find more details in our terms and conditions.

To check the status of your online order, please click on the red tab on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen when you visit the Bunnings Trade website for Bunnings Virtual Assistant help. Some customers may experience a delay in receiving order confirmation emails. If you have not received an order confirmation email on the same day you placed your order, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Bunnings Local Delivery is a service provided by selected Bunnings stores to deliver customer orders within their local communities. The Bunnings Local Delivery service is recognisable by our team members, in their Bunnings uniforms, delivering customer orders to homes, businesses and sites in our Bunnings-branded vehicles.

No. Bunnings Local Delivery is not an option for customers to select. Bunnings Local Deliveries are determined at a store level, factoring in product dimensions, loads and other delivery options.

For products ranged in-store, expect delivery within 1-3 days in metro or 2-5 days in regional areas. For Special Order items which are sent directly from our suppliers, expect delivery within 7-14 working days.

For products purchased directly from third party Trusted Sellers, delivery options are listed on each product's product page. 

The delivery fee that is charged is based on the cost of providing the agreed service. The larger an order and the quicker the service the higher is the cost, although there are items where delivery is the only option and therefore the cost of delivery is included in the overall cost of the product. We constantly work to drive delivery efficiencies so that delivery fees remain competitive.

All delivery fees are shown when you view your cart.

Some products we stock aren't available for purchase online and need to be purchased in-store. If you need help to get a product home or to site, just ask a Team Member at your local store who can help organise delivery. In many of our stores we also offer trailers or vehicle hire to help you get big and bulky items home. We'll continue to listen to customers to ensure we are offering the best experience possible and our online products and services are of real value.
We and the third party Trusted Sellers who offer products on our website use a range of different freight and transport providers depending on the type of product and where it's being delivered.
Our online range gives customers access to products that were previously only available to order in-store. For some products, such as custom-made products or products with specific delivery requirements that need to be confirmed with you, please contact the team at the Special Orders Desk at your local Bunnings who can order these items for you.

  • Yes, you can return it to your local Bunnings if you have received a damaged/faulty product, or if you have changed your mind.

On the cart page, select 'Remove' beneath the quantity and the item will be taken out of your cart.

All orders of less than $250 is assumed to have an “Authority to Leave” (ATL). With an ATL if you are not at home or on site, the provider will supply a proof of delivery note, including a photo of the item and its placement. Metro deliveries only.

For Regional deliveries or orders above $250, we will contact you to seek ATL or agree when you will be home to receive the delivery.

Please note that if the provider believes that the location is not secure , they will not leave you order unattended and will notify you.

Due to the various dimensions of orders, we currently do not deliver to post office boxes or lockers.
The Delivery Fee charged assumes that customers can provide reasonable assistance during delivery.  Customers will be contacted prior to the booking of the delivery to ensure that they are able to provide reasonable assistance.  If customers are not able to aid the driver , then assistance will be organised with the courier at an additional cost to the customer.
We restrict the sale and delivery of selected dangerous good on our website. The products available may be limited in product size for Health and Safety management for our customers and stores. 
Order tracking is dependent on the delivery provider. Customers will either receive text messages updating them on the status of their delivery or a tracking link.

Currently, only products at warehouses in Victoria (excluding Brunswick and Werribee), New South Wales (excluding Carlingford, Gordon, Valley Heights and Warringah Mall), Western Australia (excluding East Victoria Park, Kalamunda), Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and ACT are available for next day Click & Collect.

These products will have the Click & Collect icon visible on the website.

We and the Trusted Sellers who offer products on our website can only deliver to Australian addresses.
Yes, you can order products from overseas on bunnings.com.au but items can only be delivered to Australian addresses.

Where you have purchased your product directly from a third party Trusted Seller, we recommend you contact them directly to arrange see if a change is available.

Deliveries are completed between between 7am to 7pm, 7 days per week. Use special delivery instructions to let us know your business hours.

Yes, you can cancel your order in most cases. Please contact Customer Support at customersupport@bunnings.com.au.

Where you have purchased your product directly from a third party Trusted Seller, that Trusted seller may need to accept your order cancellation.
