Key features of the Paslode FrameMaster NightWolf

The latest addition to the Paslode family, the NightWolf is more powerful, has a bigger capacity and boasts better comfort when using it. Here’s what else it has to offer:

More power. New tech means more power, it’s strong enough for the tough jobs and you’ll spend less time using the hammer.

Higher capacity. More efficient fuel gives a significant increase of shots per can – 1500 shots per can compared to the Paslode FrameMaster’s 1000 shots per can.

Increased comfort. Improved ergonomics for less strain on your arms and hands.

Greater reliability. Computer-controlled fuel dosing means fewer misfires in the cold.

Less maintenance. State-of-the-art Teflon lubricants keep it working longer.

Why use a Paslode nail gun?

Since 1935, these game-changing power-assisted nailers have been an essential tool for chippies and in framing – they’re unbeatable.

“They’re just way more accurate, convenient and quicker than a hammer, and that's what it’s all about!” chippy and framer Rhys Parrott, director of Build Wright Carpentry in Victoria, says. He’s a man who relies on his nailer every day. “No matter if you’re putting together walls, frames, noggins, ceiling noggins – whatever – it’s just quicker with the right tool for the job. You can punch through the nails pretty quickly and get the job done properly, as fast as possible, so you can move on to the next job.”

And like any other tradie, Rhys is always looking for ways to make his work more efficient. With some nailers, the power to take on tough timber or LVLs just isn’t there, he admits. “Some will punch a nail through, but they might leave 20mm of nail sticking out and then you’ll have to hit that in with a hammer,” Rhys says.

We want speed and power, and that’s where the next generation of Paslode framers are the game-changer chippies have been waiting for.

How many nails does the Paslode NightWolf shoot?

With greater fuel efficiency, paired with the new NightWolf canister filled with a cleaner-burning fuel, this nailer can now make up to 1500 shots per can – that’s a 50 per cent increase over the old standard.

How strong is it?

Thanks to an improved fuel formula delivered through Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI), the NightWolf is up to eight per cent more powerful than the previous FrameMaster framer, which means it’s way better equipped to drive through tough timber, including LVLs.

Other features of the Paslode NightWolf

As well as working harder so you can get the job done faster, this nailer has other impressive features:

Feels better in your hand. The NightWolf has relocated the trigger so it’s closer to the tool’s centre of gravity. The result is a better balance with less strain on the arm and wrist.

Simple to use. With an easy-to-read four-bar LED status indicator right there on the handle, it’s simple to check your battery and fuel levels at a glance.

No more cold starts. Winter mornings are no drama. NightWolf’s electronic controlled fuel dosage means it fires more reliably in hot and cold conditions.

Long lasting. Incorporating a high-performance Teflon lubricant, the NightWolf works harder with a longer time between cleaning and servicing. It has an extended service life and three-year warranty.
