Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
A major failure includes where the goods are:
Faulty or unsafe;
Significantly different from their description or sample; or
Substantially unfit for their intended purpose.
Where a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.
If the issue does not amount to a major failure, we will provide a repair or replacement within a reasonable time.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
Returns will be arranged at no cost to you.
We will organise return shipping and provide instructions.
To initiate a return, please contact us via the “Contact Seller” link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
Change of Mind Returns
For returns that are not due to a fault (e.g. change of mind), items must be:
Unused and in original condition;
In original packaging.
(Change of mind returns may not be accepted where not required under Australian Consumer Law.)
Returns Process
Once your return request is approved:
We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Returned goods will be inspected upon receipt.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the Bunnings Marketplace platform once the returned goods have been received and assessed.
Where a return is due to a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
