SEVR Shipping Policy

SEVR provide free shipping on all products. We normally dispatch products within 24 business hours of receiving an order, unless otherwise noted on the Site. We use multiple carriers, including Startrack, Direct Freight Express, TNT and Team Global Express for our shipments. Shipping times will vary based on location but usually 2-4 business days for Metro locations.

SEVR Return Policy

SEVR are proud of our products and guarantees our quality and design. We have outlined our policies and product claim process below.
1. Defective Product(s) If a customer receives defective product(s), SEVR will replace the same item at no cost to the customer:
• Client to advise SEVR of return for credit (RFC) with the following details:
o Date of goods delivered
o Original P/O number
o Products that are faulty (codes & quantity required)
o Brief description of fault with the product(s)
• If the product(s) are not required to be replaced and credit only
o SEVR will organise the goods to be returned to head office
o Goods to be tested by SEVR for fault and credit processed once confirmed faulty. If goods are not faulty they remain the property of the client and returned to the client.
• If the product(s) are required to be replaced
o Client to issue a P/O for the goods to be replaced so SEVR can release replacement stock.
o SEVR will organise the faulty goods to be returned to head office
o Goods to be tested by SEVR for fault.

2. Products Incorrectly Ordered By Client:
• Change of mind returns only accepted within the 30days from purchase
• Change of mind return shipping cost is customer responsibility.
• Client to advise SEVR of order with the following details:
o Date of goods delivered
o Original P/O number
o Products ordered incorrectly to be returned (codes & quantity required)
• Client to organise for the goods to be returned to SEVR & advise of connote. Goods must be in first grade re-saleable condition (cannot have been used). Goods not in first grade re-saleable condition remain the property of the client & returned to the client.
• Goods to be re-entered into SEVR stock and a credit will be processed.
3. Orders Incorrectly Supplied By Sevr:
• Client to advise SEVR of the following details:
o Date of goods delivered
o Original P/O number
o Products supplied incorrectly to be returned (codes & quantity required)
• SEVR to organise correct goods to be sent and incorrect goods to be returned within 24 hours of being notified. P/O is not required from the client however SEVR will raise an order to release goods from stock and raise a credit on the same day.

5. Goods Received Damaged In Transit (pictures must be supplied on receipt of damaged goods): Please note that if P.O.D is signed for the goods the claim cannot be accepted.
• Client to advise SEVR within 2 working days of receiving goods with the following details:
o Date of damaged goods delivered.
o Original P/O number
o Products that are damaged (codes & quantity required)
• SEVR to organise replacement goods to be sent and damaged goods to be returned/disposed of within 24hours of being notified. P/O is not required from the client however SEVR will raise an order to release goods from stock and raise a credit on the same day.
6. Goods Lost in Transit (confirmation required by the Courier Company)
Please note that if P.O.D is signed for the goods the claim cannot be accepted.
• Client to advise SEVR of the following details:
o Date of goods missing from order (or invoice received)
o Original P/O number
o Products to are missing (codes & quantity required)
• After confirmation from the Courier Company SEVR to organise missing goods to be sent within 24 hours of being notified. P/O is not required from the client however SEVR will raise an order to release goods from stock and raise a credit on the same day.

Important Notes To The Return Policy
In all instances goods being returned must be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition, if not the claim will be rejected, and the goods will be returned at the clients cost.
Customer must obtain a Goods Return Authority (GRA) from SEVR before an item can be returned. Please contact and provide a clear explanation for such a request. An GRA will be issued within 24 hours. Goods to be returned from the client must be received within 10 working days of GRA being issued otherwise the GRA will be cancelled.
• When returning goods, please attach a copy of the GRA on all the returning boxes. If goods are returned without an GRA number SEVR may refuse to accept the return.
• If an item is returned with missing parts, SEVR may refuse to accept the return.
• Please note that if goods are returned without insurance coverage and the items are damaged during the return shipping, SEVR reserve the right to charge for the broken parts/items. It is the clients’ responsibility to file an insurance claim with the carrier.
No returns will be accepted for the following conditions:
• Returning items without prior GRA approval
• Products that have been used or modified
• Manufacturer customised products or modified products
• Clearance or Special priced products
• Discontinued products
All goods must be returned to the SEVR Service Centre:
