Reward Hospitality Shipping Policy

Standard shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia. Delivery to all capital city locations will be within 1 – 2 business days of order placement if goods are held in stock at the allocated distribution centre. Delivery to regional cities and towns from distribution centres in those locations will be 1 – 2 business days from order placement.

For Regional towns and cities outside a local distribution centre, delivery lead times are 1 – 4 business days from the day of order placement. For remote locations, delivery days are 2 – 5 business days from order placement.

Reward Hospitality Return Policy

As a customer, you are entitled to request a refund, repair, or replacement if there is a major failure in respect of any goods purchased from Us.

A major failure is when goods are:
• faulty or unsafe;
• materially different from the goods as they were advertised or promoted by Us; or
• substantially unfit for the purpose for which they were sold by Us.

Items returned for exchange or credit must be in their original packaging and unused, unworn, and in the same condition as sold.
