The 35mm PVC Cavity Vent Strip is an off the shelf easy to install cavity closer for a 35mm cavity.
Perforations allow for drainage and ventilation through the cavity while meeting requirements of the NCC.
For use with any Hardie™ exterior cladding application that utilises a 35mm cavity.
Can be used as part of a BAL rated system from BAL 12.5 up to BAL FZ.

A 3000mm long perforated PVC extrusion installed at the base of the cladding wall system to provide drainage, ventilation and vermin proofing.
