Postage is calculated based on the weight and size of each product. If you refuse the shipment with personal reasons after dispatching or receiving it, we will deduct the original shipping charge from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.

Return Policy:
Before you return the products, please check these following requests below carefully:

1. Please contact with our Customer Service Team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the item. Without the RMA number, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and not accepted.
2. Please send us 1-5 clear photos if there is any damage or quality issues with the item you receive.
3. If you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order. Please contact with us before dispatch (1 business day).
4. If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issues, please note that the original postage is not be refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return postage cost, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. Return or exchange requests are ONLY acceptable for unused items and within 7 days of receipt.
5. If You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased, please feel free to contact with us, we will try us best to solve the problems for You.
6. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included if you want to return the item.
