Cosmopolitan Living Shipping Policy
Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products.
Our standard shipping covers Australia Metro areas only, additional fees will apply if it's postcodes outside metro areas, please contact us for a custom quote.
Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, and you can find delivery options for each item on its product page as well as in cart.
Items are divided into two categories for shipping.
Small Items
•\tSent via Couriers Please/Fastway/TNT
•\tShipping options that list the Small Item delivery.
•\tPackages less than 20kg.
Large Items
•\tSent via trusted carriers that specialize in handling large items.
•\tShipping options that list as standard delivery.
•\tTypically take one to three weeks for delivery.
Exceptions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Northern Territory, Christmas Island or Regional Areas.

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it's not the right fit, we'll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

Change of Mind Returns
You can return our furniture product within 30 days of delivery so long as it has not yet been assembled/installed, and is returned in the original packaging. Postage is applicable for change of mind returns.

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we will take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

To start a return, please use the 'Contact Seller' button on your email order confirmation

Refund Options - 30 Days received your product
You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded within 30 days received your product. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. More details please contact one of our friendly team members.
Important Note Before installing the Furniture, please double check the following when it arrives:
1) Scan the box for damage, and take a photo of the box to share with our team upon claiming.
2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
3) Remove the packaging and inspect all furniture panels.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don't accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the Furniture, it cannot be returned.
