When does the promotion run?
The promotion runs from 12:01am AEDT on 11 March 2026 until 11:59pm AEST on 28 April 2026. Only qualifying purchases made during this period will count.
How do I enter the competition?
To enter, you need to:
1. Register online using your PowerPass card or account number.
2. Spend $200 or more in a single transaction using PowerPass during the promotional period.
Once registered, your entries are added automatically when you make a qualifying purchase.
Do I need to register before I shop?
You can register at any time during the promotional period. Once registered, all eligible PowerPass purchases made during the promotion will be counted toward your entries.
How many entries can I earn?
You’ll earn one entry for every $200 spent in a single qualifying transaction, up to a maximum of 50 entries per transaction. Examples:
Do multiple purchases add up?
No. Entries are based on the value of each individual transaction, not the total of multiple purchases.
Where do I need to shop for my spend to count?
Qualifying spend can be made:

Do gift cards count toward my spend?
No. Purchases of Bunnings gift cards do not count toward qualifying spend.
Who can enter?

Can more than one person from a business enter?
Only one registration is allowed per eligible business. However, all qualifying transactions made on that PowerPass account after registration will earn entries.
What if I have a temporary PowerPass card?
If you’re using a temporary PowerPass card, you must present both your temporary card and your PowerPass account number at the time of purchase for the transaction to qualify.
What happens if my PowerPass account has an overdue balance?
Your PowerPass account must not have an overdue balance at the time of the draw. If there is an overdue balance, it must be paid in full before the prize can be claimed.
When and how is the winner drawn?
One winner will be drawn at random on 12 May 2026. The winning business will be notified directly, and the winner’s details will be published on this page.
Who receives the prize?
The prize is awarded to the winning eligible business. That business will nominate a person (such as the owner or an employee) to receive and register the vehicle.
What exactly is the prize?
The prize is a 2026 Toyota HiLux SR5, including on road costs and a five year supplementary warranty. If the exact model is unavailable, an alternative vehicle of equal or higher value will be supplied.
Can I take the prize as cash?
No. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Where will the vehicle be delivered?
The vehicle will be delivered via the Bunnings Warehouse closest to the winning business’ registered address, as soon as reasonably practicable after the winner is confirmed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entry
7. To enter, you must, during the Promotional Period:
a) if your Eligible Business has not registered for this Promotion:
i. visit https://trade.bunnings.com.au/hilux (“Website”);
ii. follow the prompts to the registration page, and input all requested details to register for the Promotion (including providing your PowerPass Account number or PowerPass card number, full name, valid email address and mobile number, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant tick box); and
b) once your Eligible Business has registered for this Promotion (as above), spend $200 or more (including GST) in a single transaction (not including Bunnings gift cards) (“Qualifying Transaction”), in any Bunnings store, Bunnings Trade Centre, via the PowerPass App or online via the Bunnings Trade website using your PowerPass Account card or account number (“Qualifying Spend”).
8. For clarity:
a) there may be only one registration per Eligible Business, and there may be only one entry per Qualifying Transaction;
b) the Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry;
c) purchases of Bunnings gift cards do not count towards a Qualifying Transaction; and
d) holders of Temporary PowerPass cards must present/include both their Temporary PowerPass card and their Account Number at the time of making a Qualifying Transaction to qualify for an entry.
9. Your Eligible Business will receive one entry for every $200 in a single Qualifying Transaction during the Promotional Period, up to a maximum for 50 entries. For example, your Eligible Business will receive:
a) one entry for a Qualifying Spend of between $200-$399.99 in the one Qualifying Transaction;
b) two entries for a Qualifying Spend of between $400-$599.99 in the one Qualifying Transaction;
c) three entries for a Qualifying Spend of between $600-$799.99 in the one Qualifying Transaction, and so on etc.
10. There must not be any overdue balance owing on your (or on your Eligible Business’) PowerPass Account as at the date of winner determination on 12/05/2026 to be eligible to claim the prize. If you are drawn as the prize winner and there is an overdue balance owing on your (or on your Eligible Business’) PowerPass Account, you (or your Eligible Business) must pay that overdue balance in full prior to becoming eligible to claim the prize. If the overdue balance is not paid within 14 days of being notified as the winner by the Promoter, you (or your Eligible Business) will forfeit any entitlement to the prize.
11. Any material failure by you or the Eligible Business to comply with the conditions imposed by the Prize Supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the Prize Supplier(s).
12. Where relevant, the Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and the Eligible Business, or any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share the prize.
13. You are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including insurance (and excesses) and costs associated with ongoing use of the prize, etc.
14. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, and your role in connection with your Eligible Businesses (including your age and place of employment, and your (or the Eligible Business’) PowerPass Account status) and reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to disqualify you and your Eligible Business if the Promoter has reason to believe you or the Eligible Business have breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct which jeopardises or is calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
15. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction the validity of your entries and/or verify your identity (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment within the Eligible Business).
16. You must not: a) tamper with the entry process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the entry process);
b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion;
c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion;
e) breach any applicable laws; or
f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
The Draw
17. There will be 1 winner determined in respect of this promotion.
18. There will be 1 draw conducted. The draw will take place at 10am (AEST) on 09/06/2026at Gadens Lawyers, L13 447 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 in the presence of an independent scrutineer.
19. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case the winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or the prize is unclaimed (“Reserve Entrant”). The registered owner of the PowerPass Account for the winning Eligible Business will be notified in writing and by telephone within two (2) business days of the draw, and the first name initial, last name, post code and name of the winner will be published online at https://trade.bunnings.com.au/hilux from 16/06/2026, for a period of 28 days.
The Winner
20. The prize will be awarded to the winning Eligible Business to which the first validly drawn entry from the entries received during the Promotional Period relates.
21. The winning Eligible Business:
a) must advise the Promoter in writing the person whom it nominates as the winner of the prize (Nominated Winner).
b) The Eligible Business may nominate itself, or any employee of that Eligible Business as the Nominated Winner, provided that, if the Nominated Winner is an individual, that person:
i. is an adult aged 18 or over;
ii. can lawfully accept the prize;
iii. has a valid Australian driver’s licence;
iv. has been provided with a copy of (and agrees to comply with) these Terms and Conditions; and v. consents to be nominated.
c) Once the Nominated Winner has been confirmed as approved by the Promoter, they will be the winner for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, and they will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
22. Where a winning Eligible Business is unable to, or does not nominate a Nominated Winner within 7 days after being requested to do so (or if there is confusion for any reason), the Promoter may decide, in its reasonable discretion, which individual employed by the Eligible Business wins the prize. The Promoter's decision is final in this regard.
The Prize
23. The first valid entry drawn from the entries received during the Promotional Period will win a 2026 Toyota HiLux 4x4 SR5 48V Auto Double Cab vehicle valued at up to $ $73,251.50 (including GST) with a five-year supplementary warranty and on-road costs, including stamp duty, registration, 12 months compulsory 3rd party (“CTP”) insurance, and dealer delivery. Should the above vehicle be unavailable, the Prize Supplier will choose another model of equal or higher value from its then current inventory.
24. The prize will be delivered at the Bunnings Warehouse closest to the winning Eligible Business’ registered address as soon as reasonably practicable after the Nominated Winner is confirmed. The Delivery timeframe may be varied at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion, including due to business operating times, public holidays, or similar. Standard Toyota warranty conditions apply.
25. The Nominated Winner (or their Eligible Business) is responsible for organising any insurance (in addition to CTP) before collecting the prize.
26. The prize will be registered in the Nominated Winner’s name. The Prize Supplier will assist with the registration process and provide in advance the details required to legally achieve registration plus any other legal requirements that must be satisfied. Only once all handover requirements have been fulfilled, will the Nominated Winner be able to collect the prize.
27. The Promoter is not responsible for and will not provide the Nominated Winner with additional options or any ancillary costs, including (but not limited to) petrol, modifications, insurance (other than CTP), transport, body, paint or mechanical damage, or any other costs or damages.
28. If the Nominated Winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the vehicle in their own name, then the Nominated Winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter and Prize Supplier take no responsibility for any such arrangements between the Nominated Winner and their assignee. The Nominated Winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as and when required by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Nominated Winner (or their representative) may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.
29. If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.
30. The total prize pool value is up to $73,251.50 including GST. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, the prize (and elements of the prize) must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement. If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute. The prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the Prize Supplier or the Promoter. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
31. The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
32. If the prize has not been accepted or claimed by by 9am AEST on 30/06/2026, or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact the winner (or the winner does not contact the Promoter), the relevant entry will be discarded and the Promoter will either re-award the prize to a Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at 10am AEST on 30/06/2026at the same place as the original draw, to distribute the prize to the next drawn valid entrant (in which case the process in paragraph 21 and this paragraph 22 will be repeated). Any winner from this process will be notified in writing and by telephone within two (2) business days of the unclaimed prize draw and the name of the winning Eligible Business and first name initial, last name, post code of the winner will be published online at https://trade.bunnings.com.au/hilux from 07/07/2026The vehicle is to be collected by the winner through an appointed Prize Supplier Dealer or from the winner’s local Bunnings store, which will be available within thirty (30) days of the unclaimed prize draw date.
33. If the prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if the prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 30/07/2026.
34. As a condition of accepting the prize, the Nominated Winner consents to the Promoter and the Prize Supplier using their Eligible Business’ details and their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter and the Prize Supplier.
General
35. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, (for example, due to software, hardware or communications issues, government directives, public health orders, technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, tampering or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
(a) to disqualify any affected Eligible Business and any entry/entries made on their behalf or by any of their owners and employees; or
(b) subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory regulatory authority, extend, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
36. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is your responsibility and may be dependent on the Internet service provider used. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks outside its reasonable control. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows you to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries related to your Eligible Business invalid.
37. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning the prize. You and your Eligible Business should seek independent financial and taxation advice. If for GST purposes this promotion results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
38. You may have consumer rights under statute including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which may be relevant to any issue or problem you encounter in relation to this promotion and cannot be excluded or restricted. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts those rights. See www.accc.gov.au for more information about those rights.
39. Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
40. Without limiting the previous paragraphs, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this promotion are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of the prize, or for any damage that occurs due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control. Unless otherwise specified, the prize will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.
41. As a condition of accepting the prize, the prize taker must sign any legal documentation as, and in the form, required by the Promoter and/or the Prize Supplier in their reasonable discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
Privacy
42. The Promoter endeavours to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy can be viewed at https://www.bunnings.com.au/policies/privacy-policy (Privacy Policy). To request access to, or to update or correct, personal information the Promoter holds about you, you can contact the office of the Promoter at the address set out in clause 2 or view the Privacy Policy for instructions. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how you can complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Prize Supplier and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as USA, Singapore, EU countries, New Zealand, Japan, Vietnam, India and United Kingdom. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may also, if the opt-in box is ticked at the time of Registration, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning you in connection with this Promotion. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
43. If you have marked the “opt-in” box during the Registration process, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this promotion.
44. By accepting the prize, the Nominated Winner must acknowledge and agree that:
(a) the Promoter may provide their Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) (e.g. first name, last name, address, suburb, state, postcode, phone number, email address, gender, date of birth) to the Prize Supplier in order for the Prize Supplier to provide the prize; and
(b) the Prize Supplier’s handling of that Personal Information will be subject to the Prize Supplier’s privacy practices, including their privacy policy, (which can be accessed at https://www.toyota.com.au/policies/privacy-policy) as updated from time to time; and
(c) they must familiarize them self with these privacy practices prior to accepting the prize.
45. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and X. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
