Before you officially engage our services as a new customer, you’ll be invited to undertake a tour at your local Building Solutions Studio. Accompanied by our studio manager and specialist team members, you’ll be introduced to our commercial access only range of products, covering everything from kitchens with custom joinery, all the way to windows and appliances, everything required for your upcoming build. This is the time to familiarise yourself with what our Building Solutions Studio can do for you.

After you’ve completed your tour with our team and engaged our services, it’s time to prepare for your selection. This is when we’ll source all the necessary information so that we can tailor you the best experience possible at your upcoming selection appointment. We’ll ask you to send over any project plans and elevations, inspirational images, budget guidelines, and the categories you are looking to select from. When we’ve received the necessary information, we’ll schedule a time for you or your customer to come to the studio for a selection appointment.

It’s now time to come and select all your products in the studio. On the day, the team will start by hashing out the finer details with you, confirming all the pre-selection information, ensuring that we are adhering to the project brief that you have provided. Then, it’s time for the fun part, we’ll go through the studio, and you can select everything required for your upcoming project. Once your selections have been made, we’ll work with you to complete the selection documentation and start to compile your quote.

After you’ve attended your local Building Solutions Studio to complete your selection, we’ll get to work on putting your quote together. There’s nothing for you to do at this stage of the process, but we’ll reach out if we require any further information to clarify.

When your quote is ready, we’ll send this to you for your review. This is a great time to make sure that everything covered off in our pre-selection and selection appointments has been accounted for in your personalised quote. This is a great time to raise any questions or concerns with our team. Once you are happy with your quote, you will be asked to accept this.

We will then go ahead and process your order, ensuring that you receive your materials on time. It’s then time for you to kick off your project!
