All returns must be arranged with our customer service team. Returns are free if returned within 60 days of delivery date. For returns older than 60 days, please contact our sales team to arrange a return.
All parts must be returned in the correct packaging and must be able to be re-saleable.
Returns may be rejected for reasons including:
The Product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions;
The Product has been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair;
The Product has been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer's instructions for the Product
Correct installation techniques include matching and verifying that the product is correct prior to installation. If an item has been fitted for any reason, it will not be eligible for a credit.
