Arcadian Living Shipping Policy

Please be advised that order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In cases of a high volume of orders or postal service issues outside of our control (e.g. natural disasters) there may be delays with delivery. Arcadian Living will communicate any of these delays directly with the customer, where applicable.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for all orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Deliveries are made from 7am – 6pm on Monday – Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your orders arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, Contact the seller via the contact seller link in your order confirmation email.

Arcadian Living Return Policy

Arcadian Living makes the final decision on each items satisfactory quality, understanding the expectation of a product is highly subjective and that each customer has a different perspective and definition based on their perceptions, understanding, and desires.

If the product is in good condition, Arcadian Living guarantees the return of a new product within two weeks from the date the defective product is received.

The customer shall be responsible for the costs of returning the product to Arcadian Living.

Customers can request refunds/exchanges up to 14 days after purchasing.

Arcadian Living offers a 12-monthts warranty for all products and strictly abides by Australian Consumer Laws.

Arcadian Living offers returns and exchanges on all products as long as they are in good condition.

If the product has not been opened, is not dirty, scratched or dented, or if no unspecified noise is audible when it is shaken, it is declared to be in good condition from an external point of view.

Deductions may apply including Initial and Return Shipping, as well as restocking fee of 10% of the product price.
