We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind purchases is the buyer’s responsibility.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us promptly. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
