We ship orders from our Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane warehouses. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on where your order is sent from, usually by 1 business days. As a general guide, metro deliveries arrive within 1 to 3 business days, while regional deliveries may take 4 to up to 14 business days.
Each product is packed and shipped in one carton only, so a single item will always arrive as one parcel.
Products are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday (excluding public holidays).
Due to the bulky nature of our products, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We are unable to offer scheduled delivery dates. If you need us to hold your order before dispatch, please contact us prior to purchase so we can confirm whether this is possible.
All deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave. If you have a preferred safe place or an alternative delivery address, please add this at checkout. Couriers may not be able to call ahead before delivery.
