If you’re building or renovating your home, you can benefit with our Owner Builder membership.
Valid for three years, this membership allows you access to all the benefits available to Standard members.
You will require a valid Owner Builder Permit issued by your authorised council or state authority to complete your application.
Apprentices can access the benefits of a Standard PowerPass membership without an ABN.
To apply you will need to upload your Apprentice registration number and documentation.
If you're applying for credit you will need to provide:
• Directors/Partners/Sole Proprietors information. This includes driver's licence, date of birth and residential address of each partner.
• Your business accounts payable contact details, including postal address and email address.
• Financial information such as turnover, assets and liabilities.

I haven't yet applied for a Bunnings Commercial PowerPass card. Can I obtain the benefits today?
Yes, you can obtain the Cash Only benefits today. Please go to the Trade Desk at your local store. The team will require your business details and can provide you with a Temporary Paper Card. Alternatively, in Step 3 of the online application please select Yes 'Temporary Paper Card Required' and this will be emailed to you directly.
I've applied for a Bunnings Commercial PowerPass but haven't yet received it, what's happening?
Cards take up to 12 working days to arrive however if you applied prior to that then please contact the PowerPass Support team on 1800 980 050 during business hours, email powerpass@bunnings.com.au or 'contact us' through www.trade.bunnings.com.au/PowerPass.
If you've applied for credit you will be contacted via email within 5 working days. If you've not been contacted, please call 1800 980 050 during business hours or email applications@bunnings.com.au.
I need to activate my Bunnings Commercial PowerPass. Can you do it for me?
You must sign the back of your card and bring photo ID into a Bunnings store or Trade Centre to get your card activated (it cannot be done over the phone or on-line). The photo ID must match the name on the card and the signature on the back otherwise the card cannot be activated. You will be required to set up your 4 digit Pin in-store as well. Note: Cash cards do not require activation.

Can I use a photo of my PowerPass card at the registers
Can I use my card at other Wesfarmers companies such as Coles and Target?
No. The Bunnings Commercial PowerPass is for exclusive use at Bunnings Stores and Trade Centres.
Can I use my Commercial PowerPass card for a Special Order, and what happens if I need to get a refund?
Yes, you can use your Commercial PowerPass card for a Special Order. If your Commercial PowerPass was used and a refund is required, the amount will be refunded back on to your account. The tender cannot be returned another way.
Is this a loyalty card?
No. There are no 'points' or schemes associated with the PowerPass.
I've forgotten my PIN

Can I use my card in another state?
Yes.
Note: 30 day accounts require activation in each state. If your account is not already active in the other state, please send a request to applications@bunnings.com.au.

Can I have more than one card?
Yes, you can apply for multiple cards for the new Bunnings Commercial PowerPass. Note: it will be one aggregate credit limit across all cards.
I'm an Owner Builder, do I qualify for a Bunnings PowerPass?
Yes, we will require a copy of your Owner Builder permit as part of the application process.
I'm an Owner Builder, how do I apply for an account?
Please click on 'Apply Now' on the Trade Accounts page and when asked, select Owner Builder.
I'm an Owner Builder, will my PowerPass expire?
Yes, your PowerPass will expire after 3 years. If your project is incomplete after this time, please contact us before expiry for an extension.
Can I collect Flybuys points on PowerPass purchases?
*PowerPass prices are available exclusively to PowerPass members and do not apply to all products. To find out if a product attracts an exclusive PowerPass price, you can scan the product on the PowerPass App or login to the Trade website at trade.bunnings.com.au.
