Maxon Products Shipping Policy

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the following Shipping and Delivery terms. All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse and delivered Australia-wide via standard or express carriers. Orders placed before 8 a.m. (subject to stock availability and accurate shipping details) are typically processed within 24 hours. Some items may arrive in multiple cartons or separate deliveries depending on the courier.

Once a tracking number is issued, please allow time for the courier to scan the parcel at their facility to activate tracking. Courier selection is based on product size, destination, and delivery requirements.

Please note that once a tracking number has been provided, cancellations are no longer possible as the item will have already left our warehouse. These cancellations will be treated as a change of mind and incur return postage and a restocking fee. Additional charges may also apply for re-delivery or re-direction once a product has been dispatched.

We understand that sometimes things change, and we are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Our dedicated customer service team is always here to assist and aims to resolve any return-related inquiries within 48 hours.

If your item arrives damaged, is lost in transit, missing parts, or requires a warranty claim, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via the “Contact Seller” link in your order confirmation email—we’re here to help.

We do accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply, as well as any applicable return shipping costs. Orders cancelled after dispatch will also be treated as change-of-mind returns under these same terms.
