Tradie National Health Month is a campaign run in August each year by the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) that aims to raise awareness of the health and injury risks affecting those who work in trade occupations. This month we're focusing on improving tradie health with some expert advice and tips to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, ensuring you have the right tools for the job, and finding the safest way to do your job, so you can be at your best for you and your family.

Your body is your most important tool

The Australian Physiotherapy Association is using the month of August to shine a light on the way tradies work and how you can make small changes in your work practices to reduce the risk of injury and stay healthy.
