Some deliveries may require a signature. It is your responsibility to make sure you are able to accept delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for:
If delivery has been attempted within the stated delivery timeframes but has been delayed;
If your parcel has been signed for but is missing (regardless of whether you accepted delivery personally);
In the event that a parcel is lost or missing and you have given the item's carrier express authority to leave it at your selected location.

We provide a 30 days money back guarantee on our products, if the item is in its original unused and resellable condition, meaning that:

It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories; and
It is unused, unworn, unassembled and in its original condition; and
It is not an item where a return is not permitted (see below).
In the event that these conditions are not met, Ozdingo may refuse to provide a refund for a change of mind return or the wrong item purchased.
