New contemporary student residences at the University of Wollongong. The 300+ one and two bedroom student accommodation will provide a strong social and learning hub for postgraduate and undergraduate students.

Bunnings Trade were selected by Hutchinson Builders for joinery providers based on the strength of the Bunnings name. This included the supply and installation of kitchen joinery, wardrobe units, study desks and nooks.

The project included four buildings over two locations; the Northfields building custom designed post graduate facilities and the 800-bed Kooloobong site developed for undergraduate students.
